I’ve spent years mastering the art of transformation—combining deep healing, mindset work, and high-level energetics to help women create real, lasting change. My journey began with a desire to break free from the patterns of trauma, depression, and disconnection that so many of us inherit. I put myself in therapy as a teenager, became the first in my family to attend college, and earned my BA in Sustainability & Society from ASU, focusing on food systems and holistic well-being.

After studying abroad in Thailand and Guatemala and interning at a Montessori school, I moved to Orange County, ready for a fresh start. Instead, I found myself stuck in soul-sucking corporate jobs, eventually working my way up to a leadership role in a well-known corporation. On paper, I had “made it,” but in reality, I felt completely disconnected from my purpose.

That disconnect led me to explore deeper healing and sustainability, which brought me to permaculture. While working with a permaculture farm, I was introduced to Core Gift Discovery, a process that helped me see what I had been searching for all along: the human side of sustainability. Just like in nature, people thrive when they understand their niche—their unique place in the greater ecosystem of life. When we don’t know where we fit, everything feels disjointed. That realization set me on a whole new path.

I trained under a master cleansing and nutritional healer, deepened my work in Core Gift Discovery, and became attuned in Reiki. When I returned to Tucson in 2022, I expanded my expertise with PSYCH-K, a powerful tool for rewiring subconscious beliefs and unlocking human potential…
